Foodie Favorite: Andes Candies Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 5-6 drops green food coloring
  • 10 oz package Andes Candies baking chips
  • 2 2/3 cup flour

Instructions:

Beat together butter, sugars, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, peppermint, eggs, and food coloring until mixed. Stir in Andes baking chips. Mix in flour. Form dough into 1 ½-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
