Ingredients:
- 1/2 C sliced red bell pepper
- 1/2 C sliced orange bell pepper
- 1/2 C sliced yellow bell pepper
- 1 C sliced mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
- 1 sweet Vidalia onion
- 1 strip steak thinly sliced
- Soy sauce
Instructions:
Place all your ingredients into a skillet with a little oil. Cook until onions and peppers are translucent and steak is mostly cooked through. Drizzle with soy sauce to taste. Serve over jasmine rice. Enjoy!
