Tickets for the 13th annual Dairy State Cheese & Beer Festival are on sale now.
The fest normally occurs in April of each year and had to be cancelled in 2020 and the spring of 2021. After a year and a half break, the fest will finally be held on Saturday, Oct. 16 at the Parkway Chateau from 1 to 5 p.m. VIP entry will start at noon. All proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha.
“The Dairy State Cheese & Beer Festival committee is excited to bring this event back after a year and a half break,” BGCK CEO, Tara Panasewicz said. “We are working hard to make the event happen and are looking forward to a great turnout. The youth of Kenosha will benefit from proceeds raised at this event.”
The festival typically draws over 900 attendees and features over 100 different styles of beer, a home brew competition, local breweries, live music and, of course, unlimited beer and cheese samples. Boys & Toys will headline the event and play in the Parkway Chateau.
Unique to the fest is the elaborate VIP ticket package. For $75, VIP fest goers will receive a lunch buffet courtesy of Festival Foods, specialty cheese and beers, a VIP beer stein and an extra hour of festing. The food buffet is available for the duration of the fest from noon to 5 p.m.
General admission tickets are $50 in advance and $55 at the door. All tickets include a commemorative glass, live music and four hours of unlimited beer and cheese samples. Designated driver tickets are $15. This is a 21+ only event.
Tickets are available online at KenoshaBeerFest.com.
