Foodie Favorite: Big Mac Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp diced onion
  • 7 oz lean ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp Wishbone Light Thousand Island dressing
  • 1/8 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 2 Tbsp reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 dill pickle slices
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions:

In a lightly greased skillet, cook onions until fragrant. Add beef and cook thoroughly. Mix white vinegar and onion powder into the thousand island dressing. Dice pickle slices. On a bed of lettuce, add the ground beef, cheddar cheese, dressing, pickles, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
