Foodie Favorite: Salsa Chicken Magic

Ingredients:

  • 4 frozen chicken breasts (8 frozen tenders)
  • 32 oz salsa (Mateo’s Gourmet Salsa is the best)

Instructions:

Place frozen chicken and entire jar of salsa in Crockpot. Turn on low for eight hours. Shred chicken. Dinner is served!

Serve on Taco Tuesdays with tortilla shells and desired toppings (lettuce, tomato, onions, sour cream, etc.) or eat plain. Leftover sauce in Crockpot can be saved and used as additional topping. It’s not called Salsa Chicken Magic for nothing. Enjoy!
