Pike River Clean Up, 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. presented by the Kenosha Sportfishing and Conservation Association, meet in Shelter No. 4 at Petrifying Springs Park, 5555 7th St. Volunteers of all ages are needed to help remove trash and debris from the river. Please wear work shoes or boots, work gloves, coveralls, hip boots or waders. If available, bring reaching sticks or long steel rakes and, if possible,canoes, kayaks or flat-bottom boats.
