Pleasant Prairie hosting Halloween Holiday Lights Tour and Contest this fall

Pleasant Prairie Halloween Holiday Lights Tour and Contest

PLEASANT PRAIRIE — The Village of Pleasant Prairie and Pleasant Prairie Convention & Visitors Bureau (Visit Pleasant Prairie) will host a Halloween Holiday Lights Tour and Contest later this fall.

The Halloween Holiday Lights Tour and Contest will be a competition where Pleasant Prairie residents can dress up the outside of their home with festive Halloween decorations/lights and submit a photo of their property on Visit Pleasant Prairie’s website.

By submitting the entry form, along with a photo of the decorated home, the property’s address may be selected and placed on a Halloween Holiday Lights Tour Map for Village residents and area visitors to drive by and appreciate the decorations.

The top three homes with the most votes will receive gift cards to Pleasant Prairie local businesses with the respective amounts: first place prize of $100, second place prize of $75, and third place prize of $50 – along with plenty of Pleasant Prairie swag to go along with it!

Every property that participates will be entered into a giveaway to win a prize package valued at over $100 as a “thank you” for sharing the excitement of the holiday season in Pleasant Prairie.

Only Pleasant Prairie residents are eligible to enter the contest. Residents who are interested in entering the contest must submit a photo of their Halloween decorated property via VisitPleasantPrairie.com from Oct. 1 through Oct. 15. One entry is allowed per property. The tour map and voting will be available from Oct. 17 through Oct. 31. The winners will be announced on Nov. 1.

Photo submission portal, contest rules, and the eventual Halloween Holiday Lights Tour Map can be viewed at
