Safe Harbor/Kenosha.com Pets of the Week: Snow and Thunder

Meet Snow (white face) and Thunder (orange face).

These two little female guinea pigs are very new to this world. At only one-month-old, they are still learning how to come out of their little shells.

Guinea pigs are amazing, little creatures and make even more amazing noises. When they are happy, they squeak and bounce. They are born fully furry and are ready to be adopted at four weeks old. Also, they do better with buddies. Since they are so young, we are still learning their personalities and are working on their social skills. However, this is the best time to adopt them because they will grow up getting used to you.

Their adoption fees are $20 each. You can stop in to visit them whenever Safe Harbor is open or submit an application online. https://www.safeharborhumanesociety.org/adoption-form.html

Their adoption fees are $20 each. If you would like to meet them, please fill out an application online HERE or stop by the Safe Harbor Humane Society, 7811 60th Ave.
