The CSB Mortgage Center, part of Community State Bank, is a full-service mortgage team serving Racine, Kenosha, and Walworth counties.
“We’re very excited to expand our Mortgage Center by adding Joe and Kayla to the team,” said VP Mortgage Lending Manager Michael Fohey. “CSB has the capacity to serve each of our markets virtually and in-person, combining local service and innovative technology into one.” Canfield will lead the Union Grove and Mount Pleasant mortgage lending efforts. He brings over two decades of banking experience to CSB, with six years focused on mortgage lending.
Also joining the CSB Mortgage Center is Kayla Mathews. She brings over six years of banking experience, including three years in mortgage lending. As a long-time resident of Kenosha, she is excited to work closely with local realtors and community members. “Community State Bank has a long-standing reputation of having knowledgeable local lenders ready to guide you through the homebuying journey every step of the way,” said CSB President and CEO Scott Huedepohl. “Joe and Kayla are perfect additions to continue that tradition with Michael at CSB.”
Community State Bank is locally owned and operated in Union Grove, Wisconsin, ensuring that mortgages are serviced locally within our community. For more information about Community State Bank’s Mortgage Center, please visit CSB.bank/mortgage-center.
