Visit Pleasant Prairie Launches NEW Free Outdoor Concert Series

Visit Pleasant Prairie is proud to represent our community as its official destination development and marketing organization. We are a 501(c)6 nonprofit, primarily funded by hotel and short-term lodging tax. Established in October 2018, we are recognized as an economic catalyst for the hospitality industry within the region.

Pleasant Prairie, Wis. – July2024 – Visit Pleasant Prairie is jazzed to announce the launch of “Music in the Prairie,” a series of live music events that will take place at various venues throughout Pleasant Prairie. This series offers performances for all ages, running from summer through early fall.

“This free series brings live music to the Village in a fun new way,” said Sarah Howard, Executive Director of Visit Pleasant Prairie. “We’re proud to establish another avenue for our residents and visitors to create memorable, family-friendly experiences in Pleasant Prairie. We have plans to expand it next year – stay tuned!”

Event Schedule:

  • Friday, Aug. 9, 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.: Taylor & The Anti-Trio, an acoustic Taylor Swift cover band, will perform at the Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets (11211 120th Ave.), on the patio space at the Eatery. The first 100 attendees will receive a Swift-inspired friendship bracelet and sticker.
    • Additionally, on Aug. 10 at 3 p.m., there will be a screening of the Barbie movie at the Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets (Eatery patio), also presented by Visit Pleasant Prairie. Feel welcome to jam out to this rockin’ movie soundtrack!
  • Saturday, Aug. 24, 3 p.m.: Nanny Nikki Music, a children’s music and story time puppeteer, will be featured at the grand opening of Fire Station No. 3 in Prairie Springs Park (10165 Terwall Ter.) at 3:00 p.m. Tours of the fire station and trucks will be offered from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Friday, Aug. 30, 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.: The Kal Bergendahl Project, a Pleasant Prairie-based jazz funk band, will perform at the Village Supper Club’s 100th Anniversary Celebration (10909 Sheridan Rd.). Attendees will receive a commemorative coaster and can enjoy classic drinks and eats in the spacious garden behind the Village Supper Club. Continuous shuttle service will be provided; park at Ray Radigan’s lot (11712 Sheridan Rd.).
  • Saturday, Sept. 14, 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.: Rachel Drew, a Chicago-based singer-songwriter who blends blues, country, pop, folk, and soul, will perform at the newly renovated disc golf course in Pleasant Prairie Park (8400 104th Ave.). Attendees can meet others who play disc golf and learn the basics on the new course from area disc golf enthusiasts. The first 40 registered attendees will receive their very own FREE Pleasant Prairie disc (high-quality recycled plastic, designed by Pleasant Prairie disc golf business: Borderline Dye Co.).   • Friday, Sept. 20, 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.: The Judson Brown Band, an acoustic rock, pop, and country duo – musicians from Bella Cain, will perform at the Lake Andrea Beer Garden (10023 Park Drive) during the 2nd Annual Pleasant Prairie Harvest Fest.
