Modern Apothecary Celebrates 10 Year Anniversary

KENOSHA, WI Modern Apothecary, a trusted and innovative pharmacy, is thrilled to celebrate its 10-year anniversary. Since opening its doors on November 19, 2014, Modern Apothecary has been dedicated to providing exceptional care, personalized service, and a unique approach to healthcare that puts the community first.

Founded with a vision to blend traditional pharmacy services with modern wellness solutions, Modern Apothecary has continually evolved to meet the changing needs of its customers. Over the past decade, the pharmacy has introduced a range of innovative services, from custom compounding and hormone therapy consultations to wellness programs, community health events, a weight loss clinic, and more. This commitment has made Modern Apothecary a cornerstone of the Kenosha community, renowned for its holistic, patient-centered approach.

“We’re incredibly grateful to celebrate this milestone with our customers, who are truly at the heart of everything we do,” said Dr. Erin Merritt, owner of Modern Apothecary. “The support and trust of our community has allowed us to grow, innovate, and expand our services in ways we could have only dreamed of a decade ago.”

The business recently purchased, renovated, and moved into their current location at 5700 6th Avenue in Downtown Kenosha, the former Woolworth’s of Kenosha, after having spent the first 8 years in their former retail and pharmacy space. This move has allowed Modern Apothecary to expand it’s services and retail offerings.

Modern Apothecary has served thousands of patients and remains committed to helping people achieve better health and wellness outcomes. Over the years, the pharmacy has more than tripled the number of staff, and expanded its offerings to include personalized wellness consultations, a variety of professional-grade supplements, and educational workshops, continually setting new standards in community pharmacy care.

To mark this milestone, Modern Apothecary is hosting a week of celebration, complete with special promotions, and product giveaways. The pharmacy invites the community to join in celebrating 10 years of dedication to health, wellness, and personalized care. Follow along HERE to stay up to in the loop!
