Kenosha.com’s Pet of the Week: Buddha

A playful 2-year-old boy sniffing out a forever home!

By Wisconsin Humane Society Campus

Founded in 1879, the Wisconsin Humane Society has been saving the lives of animals in need for more than 140 years. WHS is an independent, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and operates animal shelters in Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Door, and Brown Counties, as well as a spay/neuter clinic in West Allis.

Buddha is a lanky, happy pup with an infectious spirit! This 2-year-old boy is available for adoption at the Wisconsin Humane Society Kenosha Campus. He absolutely loves toys and playing fetch, and he’s always on the lookout for treats with his keen nose. Like all dogs at WHS, Buddha has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped – and he can’t wait to meet his new family. If you’re interested in meeting this affectionate pup, stop by the WHS Kenosha Campus during adoption hours or check out www.wihumane.org/adopt for more information.
