Kenosha.com’s Pet of the Week: Dutchess

An adorable 2 ½-year-old pup looking for someone to go on adventures with!

By Wisconsin Humane Society Campus

Founded in 1879, the Wisconsin Humane Society has been saving the lives of animals in need for more than 140 years. WHS is an independent, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and operates animal shelters in Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Door, and Brown Counties, as well as a spay/neuter clinic in West Allis.

Meet Dutchess! This beautiful gal is looking for a best friend and adventure buddy. At 2 ½ years old, she’s full of fun energy and ready to explore the world side-by-side with you! Dutchess weighs about 60 pounds and has a lovely cream coat and gorgeous golden eyes. Like all dogs at the Wisconsin Humane Society, she’s been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped so she’s all set to find her new home. If you’re interested in meeting Dutchess to see if she’s a great fit for you, stop by the WHS Kenosha Campus during adoption hours or visit www.wihumane.org/adopt to learn more.
