Lucille Schutz, 96, of Kenosha, passed away on Sunday May 16, 2021, at The Legacy at St Joseph’s Home, surrounded by her loving family.
Lucille was born on April 28, 1925 in Kenosha, the daughter of the late George & Mary (Walenziak) Kollman. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha, graduating from Bradford H.S. class of 1943. She married Carl N. Schutz on June 8, 1946 at Holy Rosary Church in Kenosha. Lucille was employed as a unit secretary at Kenosha Hospital for many years. She was a member Of St Mark Catholic Church. In her leisure time she enjoyed baking, gardening and puzzle books.
Lucille was a kind and loving mother and grandmother. Left to cherish her memory are her children; Nancy J Steele of Kenosha, David A (Pam) Schutz of Kenosha, Gayle J McQuestion of Arizona and Steven C Schutz of Kenosha, grandchildren; Kimberly (Brant) Ungerer, Alex Schutz, Brian Schutz, Eric Steele, Michelle (Jay) Johnson, Wm McQuestion Jr., Tiffany McQuestion, great grandchildren; Rhiannon, Taryn, and Anja Ungerer, Mina Schutz, Olivia, Gavin and Max Steele, Tyler Steele, and Alexandra Johnson.
Lucille was preceded in death by her husband, brothers; William, and Richard Kollman, and sister; Dorothy Neuman.
A visitation will be held on Monday May 24, 2021 at Kenosha Funeral Services from 10:00AM-11:00Am, with funeral services to follow at 11:00AM. Burial at St James Cemetery.
Facemasks are required in the funeral home.
