Georgene Rupp (Tegel), 64, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully, Sunday, November 14, 2021 at her residence.
She was born on March 21, 1957 to the late George “Crisco” and Shirley (O’Mara) Rupp in Waukegan, IL.
On March 15, 1975 she married Timothy J. Tegel in Kenosha. They later divorced.
Georgene worked as a waitress for several restaurants throughout Kenosha.
Georgene was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
Georgene loved her children and her grandbabies meant the world to her. She was very outgoing, social and had a happy spirit with a big heart.
Georgene is survived by her children Jamie (Eddie) Moreno, Chuck Alfonso Rupp-Kent and Cloey Jane Rupp-Kent, her grandbabies Gabby, Ca’Maurya, Cherish, Carma, Chania, Calionna, Chuck Jr., A’mya, Marcell and Castile and her brothers Randy Cross, Bruce (Debbie) Cross and George (Wendy) Rupp Sr.
She is preceded in death by a brother Anton.
Visitation for Georgene will be held on Monday, November 22nd from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Bruch Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church (corner of 73rd St. and 39th Ave.) with a visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Green Ridge Cemetery. Memorials would be appreciated to the family.
