Elmer Strassburg, 85 years old, passed away Wednesday December 8, 2021.
He was in born in the town of Herman, of Sheboygan County, on November 15, 1936, to the late William Jr. (Anna Henning) Strassburg. On July 31, 1961, Elmer married Donna Jean Benjamin in Nelson, WI at Lyster Lutheran Church.
He attended Howards Grove schools for 12 years and then Graduated from University of Wisconsin with a major in agronomy and soils. Elmer worked for the United States Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency for 41 years with the last 39 years at the Racine-Kenosha Offices.
Survivors include his wife Donna; children David and Carol (Tom Doucette).
Preceded in death by his parents, brother Harold, sister-in-law Margaret Strassburg, 2 nephews, 1 niece, and a cousin.
Private services were held at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Sheboygan, WI.
