Join the 17th Corps Field Hospital, the largest Civil War Medical unit in the Midwest, for activities and demonstrations including surgical demonstrations, instruments, Interactive displays including “Touch the Artifacts,” learning about the roles of professionals from pharmacists to nurses and even undertakers, as well as how diseases impacted the troops.
