Frank was born on November 21, 1948, in Kenosha, the son of the late Joseph & Jean (Ranchel) DiCello. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha, graduating from Kenosha H.S. Frank married Kathy Tutlewski in Kenosha and later divorced. He then married the love of his life, Catherine Ruffalo on September 28, 1985, in Kenosha. He was employed at American Brass as a general laborer for many years. He then worked at C. H. Peter’s until retirement. His passion was performing in his band Night Shift. His hobbies included cheering for the Green Bay Packers, playing & recording music, but most of all he loved spending time with his friends and family.
Survivors include his children, Dion DiCello of Franklin, Jerry (Helen) Witt of Kenosha, Ryan (Jen) Witt of Shoreline, WA, Dana (Diana) DiCello of Rockford, IL; brother, John DiCello of NM; sisters, Isabelle Gotsche of AR, Jenny (Elmo) Sanchez of NM; grandchildren, Anthony DiCello, Aiden Witt, Carson Witt, Adrianna DiCello; also included are 4 great grandchildren. Frank was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Cathy.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
