David Gaboury, 65, of Kenosha passed away unexpectedly, while on vacation May 28, 2023 in Orlando, FL.
He was born on February 15, 1958 to Harold and Jean Gaboury in Bridgeport, CT.
David worked as the lead painter for the city of Harford and as a welder for East Hartford before coming to Wisconsin. David was a maintenance man for Fec’s for many years and most recently at Bindelli’s City Zoo.
David belonged to the British American Club and was on the board of directors for Kenosha City Tavern League.
David enjoyed boating, fishing, playing darts, pool, bowling, miniature golf, hunting, building and fixing things, ATVing and traveling but most of all he loved riding his Harley Davidson trike.
David is survived by his fiancé Cid Bindelli, his son David Gaboury of Massachusetts, his daughter Trisha Gaboury of Virginia, his brother Doug Gaboury of Palm Coast, FL and his sister Denise Gaboury Kendall of Kenosha.
A Celebration of Life for David will be held on Saturday, July 15th at Bindelli’s City Zoo (4601 – 7th Ave.). Visitation for friends will start at 4:00 p.m. with a short service at 4:30 p.m. After the service friends are welcome to continue to share memories and celebrate David’s life.
