Nancy J. Ulicki, 71, of Kenosha, WI, passed away Sunday, October 1, 2023, at Select Specialty Hospital, St. Francis, WI.
She was born February 20, 1952, in Indianapolis, IN, the daughter of the late James and Rosalyn (Gacey) Redding. Nanc grew up in Indiana and then settled in Kenosha in 1970. On May 12, 1973, she married the love of her life, Keith Ulicki, in Lake Geneva, WI. They had two daughters, Brenda, and Karen.
Early in their marriage she and the girls traveled the country with Keith during his professional racing career. Nanc then went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from UW Milwaukee School of Architecture and Engineering. She worked as an architect for ten years before joining Keith to run the family business – Uke’s Harley-Davidson in the early 1990s. She used her talents to help design the now iconic dealership in Kenosha, WI.
Nanc loved life and lit up a room with her smile and her laugh. She carried herself with beauty and grace. She loved organizing and bringing people together, whether intimate dinners or huge dealer events. Nanc and Keith traveled the world and shared many exciting adventures. She loved riding or being Keith’s passenger on dozens of Harley trips. Nanc was an avid Packer fan and enjoyed being in Green Bay for the games. And when not at Lambeau, she preferred the beach in St. Croix. She was a licensed captain and avid sailor as well as a very talented artist who expressed herself through her paintings and drawings. But her favorite thing of all was spending time with her family doing anything from running dirt bike camp, to taking the family on trips. Her absence will be felt by many.
She leaves behind her loving husband and best friend, Keith; daughters, Brenda Ulicki and Karen (William) Lobacz; nine grandchildren, Britnee, Kyle, Cole, Frankee, Max, T.K., Kamee, Ryder, and Greyson; and a great-grandchild, Westen, all of Kenosha, WI, as well as three siblings. She also leaves behind many other relatives, good friends, and co-workers.
In addition to her parents, Nanc was preceded in death by two siblings.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 8, 2023, at Proko Funeral Home.
