Adell Louise Frye, 58, of Kenosha, WI, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 20, 2023, at Aurora Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Kenosha, WI, on February 25, 1965, she was the daughter of Ellen (Oquist) and Blaine Frye. She attended and graduated from Tremper High School, where she served as her class President. Although, she spent most of her life in Kenosha, WI, she did spend some time living in both Texas and California.
Adell was employed as a dental hygienist. She was a member of Journey Church, Tres Dias, and CREDO. She was an extremely loving person. She served as a Ministry Youth Leader, who loved sharing and living her faith. She was a devout prayer warrior. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her family watching movies. She was the best grandmother.
She is survived by her three children, Elle Frye, Emma Frye-Wasi, and Ezarria Papouet-Richardeau all of Kenosha, WI; seven grandchildren, Jahcier Braithwaite, Maxwell Braithwaite, Ethan Braithwaite, Antoniella Jones, Demiliana Jackson, Zuri McBride, and Ezra Lopez; her mother, Ellen Kaleck; and three siblings, Richard “Bubba” Frye, Paul Frye Sr., and Colleen Frye. She is further survived by many other special family and friends.
Adell was preceded in death by her father, Blaine Frye, and grandparents, Ellen and Delmont Oquist.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the amazing staff of our Aurora Hospice for the incredible care and compassion that they provided.
