Michael F. Brown, 71 years old of Kenosha, WI passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at Manor of Kenosha, WI.
He was born May 23, 1952, in Pocahontas, AR, the son of the late Nolan Faye and Annalee (Pickett) Brown. On November 1, 1972, he married the love of his life, Sonia Barrios and they spent many happy years together.
Michael was an avid gardener and loved camping and fishing. He also enjoyed collecting antiques and coins. Michael especially cherished his family; he was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Sonia; children, Tony Moyao, Michelle Brown (Mike), Virgilio Moyao, Melissa Brown (Washington), Martin Moyao, Anahi Perez (Roberto), Hector Leon (Courtney), Joshua Brown (Deli), Andy Leon, Destiny Brown (Lucas), and Oscar Brown; siblings, Sheila Way, Dennis (Mary) Brown, Janice (Mark) Verbic, and Lisa (Bill) Ellis; 31 grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by a brother, Roger Brown and grandson, Robert Espinosa.
Visitation will be held from 11:30 a.m.- 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 28, 2023, at Proko Funeral Home. Funeral services will commence at 1:30 p.m. Interment will be held privately in Sunset Ridge Memorial Park, Kenosha. WI.
