DuWayne Darrin, 88, of Kenosha passed away on Saturday December 30, 2023 at Parkside Manor.
DuWayne was born on March 25, 1935 in Wausau, the son of the late Alfred & Claravetta (Laporte) Darrin. He was educated in the schools of Wausau. DuWayne married Yvonne Emon on April 12, 1955 in Marathon. He was a member of the U.S. Army, also serving in the Coast Guard. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. His hobbies included hunting & fishing, farming & gardening, cheering for the Packers, but most of all spending time with his family & friends.
Survivors include his children, Gary (Bonnie) Darrin of OH, Cheryl (Ken) Slater of Pleasant Prairie, Craig Darrin of Kenosha, Pamela (Richard) Meyer of Nekoosa; many grandchildren; and many great grandchildren. DuWayne was preceded in death by his wife, Yvonne, and sisters, Judith & Dixie.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
