Harmon August Tyllas, age 74, of Trevor, WI, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, surrounded by family after a hard-fought battle with cancer. He was born on August 7, 1949, at St. Anthony Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Harmon was the son of the late Dr. Harry and Esther (Berger) Tyllas. A self-employed mechanic, Harmon enjoyed all the friendships he established and grew throughout the years of servicing customers at his business Harmon Auto. Harmon, known to many as ‘Harm’ loved bonding with his son, Harry, through home projects and motorcycle adventures.
He is survived by his devoted partner; Kelly Sweeting and family, sons; Harrison (Kimber) Tyllas and Kevin (LeAnna) and family, and lastly his dog; Ralph. He is also survived by many loving cousins and sister; Charlene Bos.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Dr. Harry (CPT) Captain in the 101st Airborne, 326th Medical Company and Esther Tyllas.
