Marilyn (Wade) Svete, 85 of Kenosha, WI passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at Kenosha Place.
She was born December 13, 1938, the daughter of the late Norman and Marjorie (Goodman) Wade and was educated in local schools.
On September 24, 1966, she married Louis Svete at St. Mark Catholic Church, Kenosha, WI; together they lived in Kenosha. Marilyn was employed at American Motor Corp/Chrysler for most of her adult working life. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, Kenosha, and former member of the Kenosha Moose Lodge #286, and the Catholic Woman’s Club of Kenosha.
Survivors locally include her son, Craig Svete of Pleasant Prairie, WI; one niece, Karin (Roberts) Gonzalez; and two sisters.
The family is holding a private service and interment in All Saints Cemetery, Pleasant Prairie, WI.
