With great sadness, we announce the passing of Patrick “Lang” Langston on Monday, March 25, 2024, at the age of 63. Patrick was our dearly loved fiancé, father, brother, uncle and grandfather whom will be greatly missed by his loving family and close friends.
Born in Chattanooga, TN on July 8, 1960, to Andrew and Clara (Bullock) Langston.
From 1979 – 1985, Patrick proudly served his country in the United States Navy. After traveling with the Navy on two tours overseas, he settled in Kenosha.
Patrick lived his life with integrity and bravery. He was a hardworking man, a provider for his family and a man who always put his children first. His son, Patrick II was his best friend. Patrick had a strong soul and was the patriarch for the Langston family. He was an avid Green Bay Packer fan and loved to barbecue. Patrick enjoyed fishing and passed on the love of the craft to his youngest daughter, Jessina. He was the life of the party and enjoyed using his DJ equipment to play all his favorite songs. He offered a laugh and a stern handshake to all who needed one.
Patrick leaves to cherish his life, fiancé, Doris Marshall; his children, Latrice (Diontí) Langston-Marsalis, Patrick (Renésha) Langston II and Jessina (Albert) Langston-Johnson; his stepdaughters, Delorse (Ronald) Bays, Alicia Webb and Latarsha Moore; his grandchildren, Jordan, Jamire, Patrice “Joi”, Calvin III, Columbus Jr., Cepharri, Rayanna, Danáy, Joeliana, Diontí Jr, Judah, D’Angelo, Jeshua and Da’Zaya; his sisters, Priscilla (Ronald) Smith and Patricia (Mitchell) Lewis and honorary children, Latonya Gaston and Sharelle Dunn and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Patrick was preceded in death by his nephew Marquis Lewis.

Funeral services honoring Patrick’s life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 7, 2024 at the Piasecki Funeral Home, 3720 39th Ave, Kenosha, WI.
Interment will follow in Green Ridge Cemetery.
A visitation for Patrick will be held on Sunday, April 7, 2024 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
