Anthony Clausi, 85 years old of Kenosha, WI passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at his home.
He was born June 26, 1939, in Kenosha, WI the son of the late Luigi and Rosaria (Curcio) Clausi. On April 20, 1963, he married Felicia Matteucci at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Kenosha, WI and she preceded him in death in 1993. On September 7, 1997, he married Barbara Tenuta and they remained Kenosha residents.
Tony worked as a master carpenter for many years, and spent 20 years in sales with CJW, Inc before his retirement. With his extensive carpentry background, Tony was always up for taking on countless construction side jobs for family and friends. He was always ready to tell a good story, was an avid golfer, and enjoyed playing cards and gambling in Las Vegas.
Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Barbara; children, Christine (Jack) Ruffolo of Kenosha, WI, Louis (Dede) Clausi of Stanley, WI and Craig (Lisa) Grove of Kenosha, WI; ; a son-in-law, Mike Arnold of Chippewa Falls, WI; his sister, Rose Shore of Kenosha, WI; grandchildren, Laura (Damon) Blise, Jackie (Matt) Hill, Anthony (Lynny) Neumann, Amelia Ruffolo, Leo Ruffolo, Danielle (Todd) Boos, Tina (Andy) Dahm, Paige (Austin Carlson) Arnold, Seth (Jessica) Arnold, and Rylee and Brady Grove; and 17 great-grandchildren. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In addition to his parents and first wife, Anthony was preceded in death by his daughter, Linda Arnold.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 29, 2024, at Proko Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at the funeral home to Our Lady of the Holy Rosary of Pompeii Parish for 10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in All Saints Mausoleum, Pleasant Prairie, WI. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the American Heart Association, 275 W.
