Timothy David Sterling of Kenosha, WI passed to Eternal Life on September 3, 2024, age 55 years after a 17-month battle with glioblastoma multiforme. Beloved husband of Laura (Weber) Sterling. Dear father of Patrick.
Survived by his parents, David and Mary (Johnston) Sterling, and brother, Thomas Sterling. Also survived by in-laws, a niece and eight nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Tim was born on August 4, 1969, in Hinsdale, IL. He was a 1987 graduate of Hinsdale Central High School, a 1991 graduate of Millikin University and a 1994 graduate of Marquette University Law School.
Tim began his career at Walgreens in 1999 and enjoyed the friendships and camaraderie of his co-workers on the Proposal Team. He enjoyed traveling and one of his greatest joys was planning amazing family trips.
Anything related to Disney or National Parks were personal favorites. A devoted father, he always volunteered to help out Patrick’s activities, ranging from baseball to Forensics.
Memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. until the time of memorial services at 4:00 p.m. at Proko Funeral Home, 5111 60th Street, Kenosha, WI. Private interment will be in All Saints Cemetery, Pleasant Prairie, WI. In lieu of flowers, Tim asked that donations be made to The Salvation Army, in his memory.
