UNION GROVE – Nearly 100 Community State Bank employees are ready to deliver holiday cheer to 17 local nonprofit organizations during the seventh annual #Gift2Giving donation drive.
Since its 2018 inception, the campaign has distributed over $90,000 to nearly 70 nonprofit organizations throughout Kenosha, Racine and Walworth counties.
Community State Bank gives each of its employees $150 to donate to a nonprofit organization of their choice. In addition to the bank-provided funds, Community State Bank matches any employee donation up to $150.
“Our staff gets really excited about this campaign every year,” said CSB President and CEO, Scott Huedepohl.
“It’s interesting to see where they choose to invest their funds. We learn about organizations right here in our backyard that we may not have had the opportunity to learn about otherwise.”
In the past three weeks, Community State Bank employees worked together to select this year’s nonprofit recipients. Many have been impacted by these organizations and touched by their mission.
Community State Bank employees will hand-deliver the donations to the nonprofits. The nonprofits will be showcased with stories and videos at CSB.bank/gift2giving and on CSB’s social media channels.
