Philip Pierson, 64, of Kenosha, passed away on November 27, 2024, at Aurora Zilber Family Hospice surrounded by his loving family. Born on October 12, 1960, in Waukegan, IL, he was the son of the late Wayne Pierson and Mary (Davis) Weil. Educated in the schools of Zion, Philip went on to work in construction and roofing for many years.
Philip married his best friend, Denise Powers, and together they had two children, Katrina and Connor. He was an avid hunter, an amazing cook, and loved cheering for the Green Bay Packers. He enjoyed camping in the great North woods, watching Dr. Jeremiah on TV, and spending time with his pets, Oakley and Princess. Above all, he cherished the time spent with his friends and family.
He is survived by his wife, Denise Pierson of Kenosha; his children, Katrina Seewald of NC and Connor Pierson of Kenosha; his brother, Tom (Meganne) Pierson of Bristol; and his sisters, Ronda Pierson of IL and Lana (Jeff) Stanich of Pleasant Prairie. Philip was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial gathering will be held at Kenosha Funeral Services on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, from 4:00PM-6:00PM, with memorial services to follow immediately at 6:00PM.
