Deborah “Debbie” Lynn Thompson, of Kenosha, WI, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family after a long battle with cancer.
Born Deborah Lynn Kelley, on July 20, 1954, in Lynwood, CA. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Gene Kelley; mother, Merna Wagner; Pittman Grandparents; grandmother, Ann Kelley; and step-father, Jack Wagner.
Debbie is survived by her longtime partner, Gerald LaHue; son, Chadwick Davis; and daughter, Mandy Davis. Debbie was the oldest child, and is also survived by her siblings, Linda Chaffee, Daniel Kelley, Tom Kelley, Donald Wagner, and Tamera Block.
She had seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren, whom she loved spending time with. She also had many nieces and nephews.
Debbie had many talents. She enjoyed cooking and baking for her family and friends. She was a very skilled cake decorator. She always went above and beyond to make birthday cakes for anyone she could.
She had the most compassionate heart and loved animals of all kinds. It seemed like every creature from racoons to cats and dogs, and everything in between, would make their way to her. Most of the time she ended up with them as pets, becoming part of the family.
Debbie always had a smile on her face and made a positive impact on everyone she met. She loved greatly and was greatly loved.
