Patrick Higgins, 68, of Kenosha passed away at home on December 10, 2024.
Patrick was born on March 9, 1956, in Zion, IL, the son of the late Ralph and Patricia (Conway) Higgins. He spent his early years residing in Zion, IL, however over the years, he called many places home. Patrick was a carpenter and loved all things wood. His daughter Becky never tired of teasing him about “checking out” all wooden beams, doors, railings, ceilings etc. in any building they were in. His hobbies included spending time at home with his two cats, Buster and Shadow, “golfing” with friends, hanging out at his favorite clubhouse, and despite many ups-and-downs, being a die-hard Chicago Cubs fan. But most of all, he loved spending time and belly-laughing with his daughters Mandy (Diddle) and Becky (Poops), who already miss him more than words can explain.
Survivors include his children, Amanda Lemonds of Kenosha, Rebecca (Nicholas Kampa) Higgins of Wauwatosa; brother, John Higgins of IL; sisters, Carla Rossman of FL, Michelle Higgins of Waukegan, Mary Beth Higgins of IL; he is also survived by many nieces, additional family and friends. Patrick was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Mark & Jeff and sisters, Kaycee & Julie.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
