William E. Lindstrom, born June 28, 1957, in Kenosha, Wisconsin, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at the age of 67, after a long illness.
William was the beloved son of Holger E. Lindstrom and Mary Jane (Cox) Lindstrom. He grew up alongside his siblings, Sharon and Kurt, forming bonds that lasted a lifetime. As a cherished uncle to Kurt, Abigail, Annabel, and Brita, William brought joy and love into their lives. He also embraced his role as a proud great-uncle, holding a special place in the hearts of his extended family.
Known for his kind, loving, and generous spirit, William touched the lives of many who had the privilege of knowing him. His warmth and compassion left an indelible mark on those around him.
Bill graduated from Tremper High School and continued his education by learning a trade as a machinist. He worked for multiple companies, including Regal Beloit in Union Grove.
Bill was an enthusiastic traveler who visited his father’s birthplace, Sweden. He also enjoyed traveling extensively through other European countries with his family. Bill enjoyed yearly road trips in the United States, visiting historical sites and cities. His favorite type of travel was visiting the Natural Parks throughout much of the United States.
Bill took great pride in remodeling his home in Kenosha for 42 years. He was considered the family expert in repairing electrical systems, fixing cars, and making general updates to many of his family’s homes.
Bill had many close friends and family who will miss him dearly. He was kind, loving, always willing to help others. May William’s memory bring comfort to all who knew him and serve as a reminder of the kindness he shared throughout his life.
