Frank M. Rizzo, age 60, a resident of Kenosha, passed away peacefully Thursday January 2nd, 2025, at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee. Born on June 10th, 1964, in Kenosha, he was the son of the late Brenda Rizzo and Charles Rizzo. Frank attended local Holy Rosary Catholic school and St. Joes before completing high school at Taylorsville HS in Mississippi. On February 14th, 1987, he married the late Justine Rizzo (Schneider) at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Kenosha. Surrounded by friends and family, the couple celebrated the start of their life. Together, they raised three children: one son and two daughters.
Frank spent his years working with his hands as a concrete finisher. He started his own business, Diamond R, which he successfully ran for over 10+ years. Frank was a skilled finisher and took a lot of pride in his work. Outside of work, Frank enjoyed spending his time with family. Especially on Packer Sundays in the shop. Frank was truly a family man. He would often tinker on projects in the yard, always with his grandson shadowing every move. He was an avid outdoorsman. Frank spent many weekends sitting in deer stands or out ice fishing. Frank was a beacon of unwavering friendship and kindness and will be remembered by all who knew him.
He is survived by his son, Aaron (Kendra) Rizzo; daughters, Brittany (Robert) Mantooth, Caitlyn Rizzo; grandsons, Royce Rizzo and Walker Rizzo; father, Charles Rizzo; and brother Chuckie Rizzo. He is preceded in death by his wife, Justine Rizzo; mother, Brenda Rizzo; grandparents Virgina and Joseph Gooch, Emmanuel and Esther Rizzo and Christoper and Irene Russo.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 8th, 2025, at 6:00pm at Lord of Life Lutheran Church (5601 Washington Rd. Kenosha, WI) Visitation with family and friends will be on Wednesday at Lord of Life Lutheran Church from 3:00pm until the time of services.
