Franklin A. Polito, age 70, of Kenosha, passed away at his residence on February 23rd, 2025 with the comfort of his loving family. He was born on November 11th, 1954, in Illinois to the late Franklin F. Polito and Marie (Perricone). Frank graudated from Wells High School in Chicago and then studied business for 2 years in college. Shortly after college, he enlisted in the United States Navy and was honorably discharged after 4 years of faithful service to his country.
He loved listening to all kinds of music but by far his favorite was country. 2 of his favorite songs were “Baby Your Baby” by George Straight and “There Ain’t No Getting Over Me” by Ronnie Milsap. He loved being around his family and having a good time with them.
To cherish his memory, he leaves behind his wife of 47 years: Donna, a brother: David (Michelle) Polito, 3 daughters: Donna (Brian) Hitchcock, Tina (Antaus) Jones, and Kimberly Polito, 12 grandchildren: Angel, Tatiana, Marquita, Brian, Brianna, Brittney, Bryson, Jaquarius, Keenan, Taysean, Rose and Starry, and 14 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by 3 great grandchildren: Derrick, Haivyn, and Antaus Jr., and a brother Joseph.
Frank A.K.A. “Pops” and “Papa” will be most definitely missed by his family and friends.
As per the family’s wishes, services will be held privately.
