Alice Turner, 96, of Kenosha passed away on March 21, 2024, at Brookside Care Center.
Alice was born on July 29, 1927, in Kenosha, the daughter of the late John and Theresa (Donovan) Delany. She was educated in the schools of Bristol in Kenosha County. Alice married Edwin Turner on June 25, 1949, in Kenosha. She worked at American Motors Corp. as a machine operator for 31 years. Alice was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Her hobbies included playing word search puzzles, casino trips, bingo and bowling. Alice was an avid bowler for 60 years and proudly made the Kenosha News Bowling Honor Roll many times. But most of all she loved spending time with her friends and family.
Survivors include her children, Edwin (Beverly) Turner Jr. of Bonita Springs, FL, Diana Turner, James Turner, and daughter-in-law, Cheryl Turner all of Kenosha. She is also survived by her grandchildren Sara Caldwell, John Turner, Jennifer Johnson, Jordan Reichel, Aaron Reichel and Robin Fenn. She is further survived by 13 great grandchildren, and 2 great, great grandchildren. Alice was preceded in death by her parents, husband and her son, Jeffrey Turner.
A visitation will be held at Kenosha Funeral Services on Thursday March 28, 2024, from 10:00AM-12:00PM with funeral services to follow immediately at 12:00PM. Burial at All Saints Cemetery.
