Carnie B. Short, 92, of Pleasant Prairie, passed away peacefully, Monday, January 10, 2022 at Crossroads Care Center.
He was born on June 22, 1929 to the late Fred and Violet (Mitchell) Short in Sheldon, WI.
Carnie worked as a painter for AMC/Chrysler for many years, retiring from there. He was a member of the UAW Local #72.
Carnie enjoyed fishing, inventing things and was a very crafty man.
Carnie is survived by his children Debbie (Richard) McGill, Joyce Short, Elaine (Kingsley) Austin, Danny (Barb) Short, Dale Short and Diana Lewis, his brothers Dean (Karen) Short and Floyd Short and his sister Dorothy McLendon and many great and great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life for Carnie will be held on Saturday, January 22nd at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) at the Bruch Funeral Home.
