Craig G. Hamachek, 43, formerly of Kenosha, late of Genoa city, passed away Wednesday November 22, 2023 at his residence.
He was born on November 23, 1979 to the late Gary Hamachek and Gail Rosenfeldt in Kenosha. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha and Wilmot.
Craig was a loving father, devoted friend, caring, giving, smart, witty, funny with a great sense of humor. He was carefree and sarcastic. Craig loved his children, his sister and his family with all his heart. He was an amazing cook, loved the outdoors, going out on his boat, swimming and watching fireworks. He was a jack-of-all-trades being able to fix everything and anything. He also loved obnoxiously loud music and cars.
Craig is survived by his son Dylan Hamachek, his daughter Brooke Hamachek, his sister Terra (Kevin) Wierzbicki, his nephews Hunter and Connor Wierzbicki, his girlfriend Amy Patterson and his step brothers and sisters Ron (Erica) Redlin, Chris (Scott) Hettermann and Lee (Rachel) Redlin.
He is preceded in death by his parents, a sister Christina in infancy and his step mother Hilary Hamachek.
A Celebration of Life for Craig will be held on Saturday, December 2nd at 1:00 p.m. at the Bruch Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
