Dale Anthony Kroll, 73, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, passed away suddenly at Froedtert Hospital on June 11, 2024.
Dale was born in Milwaukee to John and Joan Kroll on April 19, 1951, the firstborn child of ten. He married Lynn Crandall in August of 1978. In their 41 years together, they had one child, Justin, whom they adored, and one granddaughter, Abigail, who was the star that brightened their lives beyond measure.
Dale graduated from Bay View High School in Milwaukee in 1969. He served honorably in the Air Force Reserves as an MP and air mechanic. Dale enjoyed working at Grainger Industrial Supply and after 30+ years of service he retired. Spending time traveling, golfing, bowling, eating good food, and telling bad jokes with friends and family were Dale’s retirement priorities. He was an excellent cook who loved sharing the dishes he created with his Big Green Egg. No matter the challenges life brought, Dale’s jovial nature was present, one of his many virtues.
Dale is preceded in death by his wife, Lynn; brother, Dean; sister, Kathleen; sister-in-law, Mary Beth; and brother-in-law, Marcel.
He is survived by his child, Justin; granddaughter, Abigail; sisters, Karen, Jeanne (Jim), Carol (Rodney), Cynthia, and Jennifer; brothers, Daniel (Tracy) and David; Lindke; Nancy (Jim); and brother-in law, Alan
