David W. Bowker, 64, of Pleasant Prairie, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at Clement J. Zablocki VAMC in Milwaukee.
He was born on October 8, 1957 to the late Guy W. and Barbara J. (Baggerson) Bowker in Kenosha. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha and graduated from Tremper High School.
David entered the US Army on November 12, 1975 and was honorable discharged on November 3, 1981.
On May 27, 2000 he married Debra Threlkeld in Racine.
David was a truck driver and school bus driver for many years.
David enjoyed NASCAR racing, wrestling, watching old westerns and was an avid Packers fan.
David is survived by his wife Debra, his stepchildren Anna Babcock, Pamela (Aaron) Threlkeld, Amy (Nick Lamar) Epping and Eddie (Christina) Bauer Jr., his eight step grandchildren, his two step great grandchildren, his brothers Jeff (Linette) Bowker and Mike Bowker and nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his beloved dog Buddy.
Funeral Services for David will be held on Friday, September 9th at 1:00 p.m. followed by Full Military Honors. Visitation will be held on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
