Denise Watson, 59, of Chicago, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, Sunday, November 21, 2021 at her residence.
She was born on June 6, 1962 to her father Jafus and her mother Inell Watson in Chicago, IL.
Denise worked in administrative data for banks, churches and mobile home parks for many years.
Denise married Pervie Robertson in 2005 and they later divorced.
Denise was a member of Southside Worship Center.
Denise loved being active in her church, dancing, singing and acting. She loved doing cross words puzzles. She was very big on family events
Denise is survived by her children Tanika (Jerone) Boston, Ryan Watson, Exxon Taylor and Mariah Robertson, her grandchildren Aionna, Jerone Jr., Lois, Jabari, R.J., Nevaeh, Raelyn and Tseday, her siblings Elnora Moore Franklin, Gertrude Newson and Fredrick Watson and her best friend Angie Calhoun.
She is preceded in death by her siblings Inell Watson, Lois Clark, Johnny Watson and Yvonne Watson.
Funeral Services for Denise will be held on Saturday, December 4th at 1:00 p.m. at the Bruch Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. (Noon) until the time of service.
Repass will be held at Dukes Country Saloon 2324 18th Street
