Elizabeth “Betty” A. Olson, 75, formerly of Kenosha, late of Mount Pleasant, passed away peacefully Sunday, September 3, 2023 at Aurora Medical Center.
She was born on December 27, 1947 to Carl R. and Shirley (Tyson) Swanson in Kenosha. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha and graduated from Tremper High School.
On July 31, 1976 she married Ronald Olson at St. Peter’s Catholic Church.
Betty worked at the Kenosha Achievement Center for several years.
Betty enjoyed puzzle books and embroidery.
Betty is survived by her husband Ron, her sisters Rosemarie Johnston and Karen Rongholt, many nieces and nephews and her cat Violet.
She is preceded in death by her father and a sister Kathy Kaminski.
Funeral Services for Betty will be held on Friday, September 8th at 11:30 a.m. at the Bruch-Hansen Funeral Home. Interment will follow at St. James Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
