Fred Quilico, age 93, a resident of Kenosha, passed away on August 20th 2024.
Fred was born to parents Anton and Margaret Quilico in Chicago IL. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the US Marine Corps and faithfully and dutifully served his country before receiving an honorable discharge. After the USMC, Fred went into business for himself as a Mason/Contractor.
Though originally from Chicago, Fred moved first to McHenry in 1953 before ultimately moving to Kenosha in 1986.
Fred was a proud lifetime member of Union #20 in Waukegan IL and was a member of American Legion Post 21 in Downtown Kenosha.
He also enjoyed riding every kind of motorcycle he could.
Fred was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Forrest, Melvin, and Charles.
He is survived by his sons Michael, Mitchell, and Tony, and his daughters Joan and Lisa. He is further survived by his former wife, Mary Davidson, who remained a good and helpful friend.
Fred will be laid to rest at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery on September 6th, 2024, at 1:00pm.
