Glenn was full of life and was always the life of the party. First to arrive, last to leave, and always willing to help. He was a historian, educator, and lifelong learner. He dedicated his life to giving back to others and always saw the best in people.
A true Wisconsin ambassador, he had a strong passion for cheese and the Green Bay Packers. Glenn would take cheese road trips throughout Wisconsin with his children to support the local establishments.
Glenn traveled the world and always sought out adventure. He embraced the culture of every country he traveled to. He would try all the local food and beverages, no matter what it was.
For all that Glenn has done, he continues to remind us to cherish every day and live life to the fullest. Being the philanthropist that he was, donations can be made to the library that he was building in Vietnam at www.childrenslibraryinternational.org.
