Guadalupe Vazquez-Correa passed away on April 10, 2024, at Aurora Medical Center of Kenosha.
Guadalupe was born on July 14, 1945, in Mexico, the son of the late Jose and Sara (Correa-Ruiz) Vazquez-Romo. He was educated in the schools of Mexico. Guadalupe married Bertha Correa in Mexico. He was a salesman for many years. Guadalupe was a member of St. Mark’s Catholic Church. His hobbies included listening to music, soccer, cars, enjoyed his cigarettes and lottery tickets but most of all he loved spending time with his friends and family, especially with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Bertha Correa of Kenosha; children, Maria (Gerardo Mora) Vazquez of Kenosha, Estela (Mario Carbajal) Vazquez of Kenosha, Sonia (Timothy Akins) Vazquez of Kenosha, Sara Vazquez of Mexico, Alberto Vazquez of Kenosha, Beatriz (Oscar Valladares) Vazquez of Kenosha; sister, Socorro Zamora of Mexico; sister, Georgina Zamora of Mexico; also included are his 22 grandchildren and 28 great- grandchildren. Guadalupe was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Josefina and David Vazquez.
A visitation will be held at Kenosha Funeral Services on Friday April 19, 2024, from 4:00PM-6:00PM with funeral services to follow immediately at 6:00PM, with visitation after till 8:00PM.
