Jazmin Perez passed away on Saturday, September 28th, 2024 and was born on June 21, 1998. She was only 26 years old. Her family is deeply saddened by her sudden death.
Jazmin leaves behind her two beautiful children Zaela and Nickolas Casillas (Gavin Casillas). She will forever be remembered by her mother Lucy Aragon, siblings Noe (Netti) Rivera, Marilu (Robert) Thomas and her nieces Isabella and Melani Thomas. She will be dearly missed by her aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Jazmin was preceded in death by her grandparents John and Elizabeth Aragon.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 12th at 12pm at Journey Church. Visitation with the family will be held at 11:30am until the time of the service. A luncheon will follow the service.
