June M. Newhouse, 90, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully, Friday, February 23, 2024 at Brookside Care Center.
She was born on August 3, 1933 to the late Edward and Pauline (Nocella) Gaston in Philadelphia, PA.
In 1954 June married Robert Newhouse in Kenosha. He preceded her in death in 1983.
June worked as a secretary for Tremper High School for many years, retiring in 1996.
June volunteered at Aurora Medical Center for many years. She enjoyed reading and playing dominoes.
June is survived by her son Stephen Newhouse, a sister Gay Forrester and a brother Neil (Susan) Gaston.
She is preceded in death by her son Scott Newhouse.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
