Kenneth Paul Gerou, age 95, of Kenosha passed away on Friday, September 22, 2023 at Library Terrace.
Born on July 4, 1928 in Kenosha, he was the son of Alice and Paul Gerou. On April 23, 1949, he was united in marriage to Grace Middlecamp at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
He was employed by Chemerow family in sales and management for the Leader Store in Kenosha and Racine for 45 years.
He was a faithful member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church for over 60 years.
Ken was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend to many.
Survivors include his grandchildren, Jamie Gerou of Pleasant Prairie, Michael (Tara) Gerou of Oak Park, IL and Kevin (Genevieve) Gerou of Kenosha; his daughter-in-law, Nancy Gerou of Pleasant Prairie; his two sisters, Alice Ysenga of Kenosha and Paulette (Ken) Tredup of Kenosha; his brother, Ron (Virgina) Gerou of Green Valley, AZ and eight grandchildren, Hannah, Grace, Charles, Ellie, Vance, Stanley, Nathan and Ramis.
In addition to his parents, and wife, Ken was preceded in death by his only son, Timothy Gerou; his two brothers, Jerry Gerou and Bob Gerou and his sister, Patricia Legler.

Funeral services honoring Kenneth’s life will be held on Monday, October 2, 2023.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 7400 39th Ave.
Entombment will be held in All Saints Mausoleum.
A visitation for Kenneth will be held on from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at the church.
