Laura M. Krizmanich, 60, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully, Friday, October 6, 2023 at her residence.
She was born on May 24, 1963 to the late Gene P. and Sharon L. (Repka) Mecozzi in Kenosha. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha.
Laura entered the US Army on October 22, 1981 and was honorably discharged on May 30, 1987.
On December 23, 1981 she married Ronald J. Krizmanich in Memphis, TN.
Laura worked as a secretary at Rasch Construction for a few years then as an office administrator at Eagle Custom Remodeling for 12 years.
Laura enjoyed cooking Italian and German cuisine. She loved spending time with her family.
Laura is survived by her husband Ron, her son Nicholas (Amarie) Krizmanich, her grandchildren Gage, Kennedy, Kiley and Keira, her siblings Steve Mecozzi, Mark Mecozzi and Christine Nissan, her sister-in-law Kristine (Marco) Vazques and her brother-in-law Kelly Krizmanich.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral Services for Laura will be held on Thursday, October 12th at 11:00 a.m. with Full Military Honors to follow at the Bruch Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and again on Thursday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Private burial will take place at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
