Micheal Brothen, 69, of Kenosha passed away on September 17, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.
Micheal was born on April 25, 1954, in Kenosha, the son of the late Edgar and MaryAnn (David) Brothen. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha graduating from Tremper High School. Micheal married Gayla Blaine on April 19, 2003, in Kenosha. He was a supervisor for American Brass and Warren Industries for many years. His hobbies included riding his Harley motorcycle, camping, hunting, barrel racing, cheering for the Green Bay Packers, spending time with his dogs, enjoyed horses in his younger years but most of all he loved spending time with his friends and family especially with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Gayla Brothen of Kenosha; children, Michelle (Jesus) Brito of Racine, Amber Brothen of KY, Tanya (Jarrett Wood) Mack of Racine, Ann “Annie” (Edgar) Carreno of Bristol; brothers, David (Liza) Brothen, Tommy (Sharon) Brothen, Randy (Chris) Brothen; sisters, MaryKay Hanks, Lorie Murray; grandchildren, Brandon, Jeffrey, Dominik, Jordan, Alysha, Daija, Saedi, Nikos, Dalia, Eli, Sebastian and Kody; and four great-grandchildren. Micheal was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Keith.
A memorial gathering will be held at Kenosha Funeral Services on Friday October 6, 2023, from 10:00AM-12:00PM with memorial services to follow immediately at 12:00PM.
